Price Match Policy

At Tangle Joy, we are committed to offering competitive prices on all in-stock dolls. Our Price Match Policy allows you to request a price adjustment before placing your order if you find a lower price elsewhere.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Identical Product Only
  The competitor’s product must be exactly the same – same brand, model, height, configuration, and options. We only match new, unused, and authentic products. Clone, replica, used, or refurbished items do not qualify.
  
• Request Timing
  You must submit the price match request before placing your order. Price matches will not be honored once the purchase is completed.
  
• Proof Required
  Please provide:
  - A link to the competitor’s product page
  - A screenshot showing the price and product details
  
• Fair Comparison Conditions
  - The product must be in stock at the competitor’s site
  - The lower price must be publicly advertised and not dependent on special coupons, bundle deals, clearance, flash sales, or loyalty programs
  - We compare the competitor’s final listed price, excluding any time-limited promotions
  

⚠️ Limitations

• Price match requests are reviewed individually and may only be applied once per item
• Price match cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes
• Tangle Joy reserves the right to decline a price match for any offer that appears to be a pricing error or from a non-reputable source
