Returns & Cancellations Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and return standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• The product shows no stains, odors, or modifications.
• All accessories and manuals are included.

Used or opened dolls cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

3. Return Process

1. Contact service@tanglejoy.com with your order number and reason.
2. If approved, we’ll issue a return authorization and return address.
3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.

4. Order Cancellations

• Within 24 hours: Full refund if production or packing has not started.
• After 24 hours: Cancellation may not be possible once the order enters production or shipping.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled after production begins.
